At Filament & Form, many of our products are made to order and individually prepared before dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days, although this may vary during busy periods, product launches, or seasonal demand.

Once your order has been completed and packed, you'll receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

UK Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Tracked Delivery: 1–3 working days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship everything together once all items are ready. In some cases, orders may be dispatched in separate packages.
